چکیده
Spontaneous subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) is a specific characteristic of aneurysmal rupture. SAH coexisting with arteriovenous malformations challenging to treat because the patient status at admission severe and therapeutic approach multidisciplinary: endovascular treatment, cerebral fluid drainage, decompressive craniectomy. We report clinical case successfully treated for cerebellar due ruptured aneurysm malformations. A 65-year-old woman was admitted Can Tho SIS General Hospital within six hours stroke onset. She experienced loss consciousness, aphasia, high blood pressure. Non-contrast computed tomography showed diffused in both cerebellum hemispheres, Sylvian fissure, intraventricular hemorrhage, non-communicating hydrocephalus. Her medical history included uncontrolled hypertension. The underwent multidisciplinary treatment hydrocephalus, edema, embolization control recurrent recovered well discharged on day 30 Modified Rankin Scale score 1.

They are fragile, thin-walled pseudoaneurysms, which have high tendency to rupture and present a therapeutic challenge. Case Presentation. We report a 26-year-old male with BD presented with subarachnoid hemorrhage due to ruptured middle cerebral artery aneurysm. Additionally, two unruptured aneury...
